Placing Odd-Lot Orders
1. Odd-Lot Trading Regulations
Odd-lot securities on the HOSE, HNX, and UPCOM exchanges are defined as follows: fewer than 100 shares

2. Placing an Odd-Lot Order
Placing a Buy/Sell order for odd-lot securities is similar to placing an order for board-lot securities. On the order-placing screen, enter the order information as follows:
- Securities symbol
- Volume: An odd lot has a volume from 1 to 99
- Price: Odd-lot orders only accept the LO (Limit Order) price type
- The price step, quotation unit, and price fluctuation range for odd-lot securities trading are the same as for board-lot securities

Note: Odd-lot trading is completely separate from board-lot securities trading; odd-lot orders can only be matched with other odd-lot orders, not with board-lot orders
3. Odd-Lot Price Board
You can view the odd-lot price board online on the EzTrade website as follows: Click the three-dot icon next to the securities symbol on the price board, then select “Symbol Details”

In the Depth section, click the Board Lot box to switch to the odd-lot price board display. Information on the 3 best bid and ask price levels, along with the corresponding bid/ask volumes for odd-lot trades on the exchange, will be displayed
