- If your account is an insider/related person of one or more listed companies, the following message will be displayed when you access your online securities trading account.
- In case you place an order with the quantity in excess of the allowed quantity subject to the account of an insider/related person who did not disclose the information, the FPTS system will deliver a warning message you and stop accepting the order of the relevant securities symbol.
- At the same time, a notification to this effect will be sent to you. Please refer to the Instructions on Information Disclosure of Insider/Related Person here
