* Introduction

FPT SECURITIES JOINT STOCK COMPANY (FPTS), a member of Vietnam’s leading IT group FPT, obtained the business license from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam on July 13, 2007, with the business lines of securities brokerage, securities trading, securities investment advisory, securities custody and underwriting.

FPTS was officially listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) in January 2017. The Company’s ticker is FTS.

After nearly 17 years of construction and development, FPTS has continuously achieved many successes, gained absolute customer trust, and affirmed its leadership in the securities industry in Vietnam.

On January 1, 2017, FPTS officially relocated to the new headquarters at No. 52 Lac Long Quan Road, Tay Ho District, Hanoi City. The 14-story modern building is solely owned by FPTS. Its Ho Chi Minh City Branch and Da Nang Branch also moved to their own new spacious new houses. These important development milestones on the 10-year journey affirmed its great stature and position in the market.
