After registering for the Investment Advisory Service, you go to the "Search for Advisors" screen to see information about advisors according to your needs on either EzTrade web-based trading platform and EzMobileTrading mobile application.

• On the EzTrade online trading platform, navigate to Investment Advisory tab to get redirected to the website https://ezadvisorselect.fpts.com.vn

On this website, go to the "Search for Advisors" screen to see information about advisors according to your needs. The list of advisors is initially displayed by the branch you are served and randomly arranged.

On each screen, you may search according to common standards as follows:

- Name of the advisor: searched by the characters of the advisor's name

- Year of experience: Years of experience of the advisor

- Branch: Branch of the advisor (the system will pre-select to search only by the customer's Branch by default).

Each screen has its own search criteria:

• Investment advisors:
  • Investing philosophy: Investing philosophy that the advisors are specialist.
• Analysts:
  • Class of the analyst: Classified by the industry that the analyst is expert.

• On the mobile device, open the EzMobileTrading application to search for an advisor or analyst:

- At a time:

• You can register only 01 investment advisor and/or many analysts.
• You may only register 01 fee package of 01 advisor.

- Register an advisor:

• Before 15:00 on a working day, the service will be effective immediately on the registration date.
• After 15:00 on a working day or on a holiday, the service will be effective on the next working day.

- You register for an advisory service according to one of his/her listed fee offers.

- You can only register one fee package of the chosen advisor.

- Each type of fee will have a different calculation and collection method:

• Service fee by time:
  • 3 fee options, namely daily, weekly or monthly. Only one option is chosen at a time.
  • The fee is collected immediately upon successful registration.
  • If you cancel the advisory service during the effective period, the fee will not be refunded.
  • Note: If you register after 15:00, the effective date will be the next working day. If the registration is not effective and you cancel it, the fee will be refunded.
• Fee by trading value:
  • The fee is computed on the trading value of your underlying securities (exclusive of odd-lot transactions). The trading value of derivative securities will NOT be subject to investment advisory fee. The trading value-based fee is calculated by FPTS system for collection after the Stock Exchanges close:
  • Formula: Trading value fee = Trading value of underlying securities * Fee rate.
• Fee by net asset value (NAV):
  • The fee is based on the total NAV of both underlying securities and derivative securities at the end of each day. The NAV fee is calculated and collected once on the first working day of the following month.
  • NAV fee = Average value NAV of the month * Fee rate.
• After you successfully choose an advisor as you wish, you can register the advisory investment service of the chosen advisor offline or online.
• Offline registration: You contact the advisor at your service and the advisor exchange necessary information with you and bring the Advisory Service Registration Form to you for completing registration information. You sign the form which will be sent to FPTS for service registration completion by the advisor.
• Online registration:

On the EzTrade online trading platform, choose the advisor they want to register, pick the fee option and select the registration period, click Receive OTP, enter the OTP and click Confirm to send the registration information to FPTS.

- After you successfully register/choose the advisor, a notification email will be automatically sent to the chosen advisor.
