After using a service period (month) of the advisor, you can give reviews on the advisor in the next service period.

You can only rate his/her consulting activities in the period immediately preceding the current one, not at any other time. You cannot review the advisors whose services you do not use.

For example: You register to use the Investment Advisory Service offered by Specialist A from July 10, 2024 to December 31, 2024, you will give reviews on him/her as follows:

• July: No reviews available
• August: Review on the July service period
• September: Review on the August service period
• If you did not give a review on the July service period (in August), you cannot give a compensational one in September.
• …
• In January 2025: Review the December 2024 service period

On the EzAdvisorSelect, you give reviews and ratings to our advisors as follows:

- Go to the "Rating Brokers” screen. In the “My Broker Advisors” section, you will find a list of rated and unrated advisors.

- To review and rate: Click on Evaluate -> A popup will appear for you to give score on a 1-10-point scale and you can write down comments if you like. If you rate him/her 3 points or lower, you must write a comment.

- You only can rate a report once and you cannot change your rating.

- In the “List of broker advisor ratings” section, you can search for ratings of all FPTS advisors and analysts by criteria below:

• By advisor’s name: Search by any letter in his/her name.
• By ratings: Search by ratings of all customers or ratings of your own.
• You can sort the display of ratings by information fields by selecting the information field to be sorted.

Note: You can quickly rate your advisory/analyst on the “My Advisor” screen (go to Advisor Information section -> Click Evaluate)
