Tracking Money Transfer Orders

In EzTrade, select “Money Transfer History” item in the Money Transaction menu to track the status of your money transfer orders

A Money Transfer Order may have one of the following statuses:

- "Pending": The order is not processed and may be cancelled

- "In process": The order is being processed by FPTS and it cannot be cancelled anymore.

- "Cancelled": The order is no longer valid.

- "Rejected": The order cannot be processed (e.g. wrong information on the beneficiary).

- "Settled": The order already executed by FPTS and the system officially withdraw money plus transfer fee from your account.
