- Exchange the Creation Basket:

Step 1: Investors prepare a creation basket based the basket provided by FPT Capital

Step 2: Make an order and complete purchase procedures

+ Investors register the number of ETFs creation units be purchased by filling in Creation Order. Investors review, sign, seal and submit it to FPTS for the transaction on the T day. FPTS will execute the purchase order for investors

+ Complete documents for ETF purchase:

• Investors request the Depository Member to block and approve the transfer of ownership of component securities in correspondence to the number of ETF creation units that they registered to buy.
• The Depository Member certifies the balance of component securities in the Creation Basket blocked at the request of investors. Investors complete the "Creation Statement" and "Confirmation of Creation Balance ", sign, seal and submit it to FPTS.
• All related documents need to be completed and submitted to FPTS before the order closing time at 14:40 on the T day. FPTS make a respective order for investors.
• Transfer money

        ° Investors transfer enough money for ETF creation units registered for creation to the account of the Fund and the transfer must be completed before 11:00 on the T+1 day.

        ° The money transferred includes the differential amount between creation units and the creation basket value and the additional payment in cash for restricted securities as per the ETF Prospectus.

Step 3: Transfer the ownership

VSD blocks the securities registered for creation by investors from the trading date (T) to the payment date (T+1) for distribution.

Step 4: ETFs are distributed to investors/FPTS by VSD at 16:00 on the T+1 day.

* Secondary Trading:

- FPT CAPITAL VNX50 ETF is listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE). Investors can buy/sell the ETFs listed on HOSE.

- Investors and Founding Members place trading orders on their securities trading accounts.

- Trading and settlement are conducted in line with securities trading regulations at HOSE and VSD.

- Trading unit is regulated by HOSE.
