Inheritance by law
- Inheritance documents include:
- A statement made by the inheritor on personal relationships of the devisor;
- An agreement on the division of inheritance (if multiple inheritors)/Declaration of inheritance acceptance (if a single inheritor) notarized by a notary office, or an authorized state office: 01 notarized copy
- Inheritance refusal document (if any person in the beneficiary refuses to accept the inheritance)/ Document to authorize a representative to own and manage the inheritance (if the inheritor authorizes a representative) notarized by a notary office or an authorized state office: 01 notarized copy
- Request for the transfer of ownership rights of inheritor or the representative of beneficiaries: 01 original copy
- Certificate of Death of the person who passes the bequest or the Decision on the status of the deceased by court: 01 notarized copy
- Valid identity papers of inheritors:
- Individual:
- Identity Card/Citizenship Card/Passport: Valid original
- In case the inheritor is juvenile, he/she shall have the verification document from the guardian or legal representative.
- Institution:
- Business Registration Certificate: 01 notarized copy
- Identity Card/Citizenship Card/Passport: Valid original of legal representative of such institution
- Proofs of the payment of personal income tax for income arising from the receipt of bequest (Personal income tax payment declaration/notice certified by the tax agency and written confirmation of payment of personal income tax into the state budget) (where the receiver is an individual).
- Other documents (if any)
FPTS will perform securities inheritance procedures and notify the inheritor of the result in seven working days from the date of receipt of full valid documents
