1. Trading via BIDV 

1.1 Via E-Banking:

You can deposit money for securities at either "Transfer" or "Deposit for securities" at BIDV Smart Banking and BIDV iBank.

1.1.1 With “Money Transfer” Menu

Step 1: Log in BIDV Smart Banking application from your mobile device

Step 2: Make a transaction:

- Select "Money transfer", then select "Internal BIDV"

- Enter Identified account number according to the structure: FPTS + Securities trading account number

Example: FPTS058C123456

- Amount: Enter the amount of money you need to pay

- Content: Enter your content (Optional)

- You need to check the correct information before trading

1.1.2 With “Stock service” Menu

Step 1: Log in BIDV Smart Banking application from your mobile device

Step 2: Make a transaction:

- Select “Stock service”

- Select Type: "Securities Deposit"

- Select Provider: FPT Securities Joint Stock Company

- Select service name: Deposit money into FPT stock trading account

- Investor account number: Enter Identified account number according to the structure: FPTS + Number of securities trading identified account

Example: FPTS058C123456

- Amount: Enter the amount of money you need to pay

- Content: Enter your content (Optional)

- Press “Continue” button

Step 3: Verify the transaction:

- Check/confirm the payment information

- Enter the OTP code to complete the payment

Step 4: After the transaction is successful, your account is debited and the account of securities company is reported to get the corresponding amount

Step 5: The securities company will automatically enter the securities trading account number of the stock trading account holder

1.2 Trading via transaction counter:

Step 1: You go to BIDV's transaction counters and prepare transaction documents (Payment Authorization/Deposit Form) according to current regulations of BIDV

Step 2: You use the following payment instructions to transfer money

- Beneficiary account number: Enter Identified account number according to the structure: FPTS + Securities trading account number

Example: FPTS058C123456

- Name of beneficiary account: Enter Full name of the trading account holder (corresponding to the above account number) written without accents (E.g.: NGUYEN VAN A)

- Beneficiary bank: BIDV – Ha Thanh Branch

- Content: Enter your content (Optional)

Step 3: The bank teller debits your account, Crediting securities company's account. The teller hands over one (01) transaction document to the customer

Step 4: The securities company automatically reports to the Investor's securities trading account number

2. Trading via other banks

You may transfer from any bank by method:

Step 1: Log in Digital Bank (via application or website)

Step 2: Select “Napas 247 Quick Money Transfer/Interbank Money Transfer” to Account Number

Step 3: Enter the following information at the money transfer screen:

Step 4: Check the transfer information at the confirmation screen

Step 5: Enter the OTP code to confirm and complete the money transfer

FPTS will increase the corresponding amount on the stock account at FPTS of the Investor

*The maximum payment amount depends on your maximum transaction limit of one day according to your account at the bank, for example VND1 billion, VND5 billion and VND10 billion

Note:

- If you transfer money on Digital Bank via Napas 247 Quick Transfer of any bank (interbank), the system will automatically return the ID of the account holder at the confirmation screen.

- If you transfer money via the Interbank Transfer or at the Transaction Counter, you need to actively declare the Beneficiary Account Name as the name of the Securities Account holder at FPTS.
