FPTS's Treasury Stock Trading Advisory Service helps customer companies increase/decrease their share capital/outstanding shares by buying/selling their own issued shares. FPTS helps customers reacquire their issued shares/sell treasury stocks to achieve their goals.

Services

* Advising on the development of treasury stock trading plans (Buying back shares/Selling treasury stocks):

• Advising on the construction of treasury stock trading plan to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders or the Board of Directors for approval.
• Advising on the drafting of reports on treasury stock trading to submit to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
• Representing customers to work the SSC regarding the approval of treasury stock trading reports.
• Advising on information disclosure on treasury stock trading.

* Advising on treasury stock trading:

• Advising on treasury stock trading in accordance with the current law.
• Advising on making the report on treasury stock trading results and related information disclosure.
