Services

• Review and finalize documents related to securities registration: Securities holder register/ownership certificates, business registration certificate, company charter.
• Consult on procedures: Finalizing/creating the list of securities holders for registration purposes; printing and issuing securities ownership certificates in accordance with current legal regulations (if required).
• Assist in preparing the securities registration dossier for submission to the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).
• On behalf of the customer, liaise with VSDC for the approval of the securities registration profile.
